Among the places I went to for consultations, this was the one I was most drawn to.. I thought about it and didn’t do it, but after a few years I’m thinking about nose surgery again, so I’m planning to go back for another consultation. The before-and-after photos are the ones I like the most among the clinics. They’re very natural, and during the consultation, when I said I didn’t like silicone, they talked with me in the direction of doing it without an implant. They said they would grind the septal cartilage? and put it into the nasal bridge, I think. That was unusual, so I remember it
