It’s been about 20 days since my nose surgery now. I had upturned nose surgery and extended it with septal cartilage!! From the front, maybe because there’s still swelling, the nasal tip area looks a little blunt, so I only took side-view photos. ^^ The photo above is before. It was a total piggy nose and I had no nasal bridge at all. I raised it 4 mm with silicone. They said there’s a limit to the skin when lengthening the nose and making it higher, so I couldn’t raise it too high. How does the side view look? Did it turn out well?
