Eye Re-Surgery

Please help me decide. I originally had an outline double eyelid, but one eye has come undone, so my eyes are uneven...

I originally had high outline double eyelids on both eyes, but they made me look sleepy, so for my first surgery I lowered them to an in-outline shape with a non-incisional method.. But they looked pretty until 1 year, and then after a year passed.... the eye line got lower, making my eyes look smaller and making the midface look longer.. Now one eye has gone back to its true original outline, and the other eye is in-outline. That one has also loosened a little.. So my eyes are uneven now;;; Since it has come undone anyway, I’m thinking of raising the line while doing a revision with the non-incisional method....  To sum up my dilemma: 1. Should I let the current in-outline eye that is in the process of loosening come completely undone and match it to the eye that has returned to its original outline? But if I match it that way, it’s a bit high... and they said for the next re-revision I’d have to do line lowering/removal Or.... 2. Would it be better to just do non-incisional surgery on both eyes? If I do both eyes, I’m planning to make them higher than the first-surgery in-outline, but lower than my original high outline,  and do an outline or semi-outline.... What choice would everyone here make?? Please listen to my dilemma, my surgery is coming up soon but I’m still worrying about it I booked at ㅇㅇㄱR, but they say I can’t have another consultation. Does that even make sense?
