The title is basically something I’m saying to my past self.... haha Looking at my pre-op photos, some people might say, “It wasn’t even that botched, so why did you get revision surgery?” but I really, re~~~ally hated that distinctive sausage-like look Because the line looked puffy, it looked obviously surgical to anyone, and even with makeup it looked heavy because of the line From the beginning, I wanted a really thin line, so I wanted revision surgery that would reduce that puffy look as much as possible But after going around for consultations, maybe because this was my third surgery, everywhere was expensive,, revision surgery really seems to cost whatever they decide to quote So since I couldn’t lower the cost, I became even more determined to get surgery somewhere truly specialized if I was going to pay with my own money, and I ended up getting surgery at a place that explained things properly the more questions I asked 1. Definitely remove the puffy feeling of the double-eyelid line 2. Improve the scar that formed after I had incisional double-eyelid surgery during my revision 3. Lower mainly the front part of the line while keeping the height of the back part as it is These were the questions I commonly asked wherever I went I didn’t go to places that sometimes said things uncertainly like, “I’m not sure if it’s possible~..” and I decided on a place that spoke confidently and gave explanations supporting that confidence in a way I could understand Honestly, I’m not an expert either, which is why I was going to consultations, but if a clinic speaks ambiguously, who would I trust to operate on me lol I was like that in the past, but..... after both my first surgery and revision surgery failed and I came this far, I gradually became more determined and started looking at things more strictly.. Honestly, I was most curious about number 3, and since the director said it was possible, I got line-lowering surgery. Afterward, around days 3-4, the bruising + swelling were legendary (honestly, at that point I thought it had failed. I didn’t like the line at first either;), but by one week it still calmed down..... What I’m most satisfied with is that even without opening my eyes wide, the line doesn’t look like a sausage, and as I wanted, the outer-end line shows slightly too~ People around me honestly asked why I was even doing it, but plastic surgery is about self-satisfaction.. Actually, I was worried too because I was lowering the line only very subtly, so I’m incredibly relieved it turned out well… I really originally had no intention of posting a review, but after reading posts here, I had a lot of thoughts, so I’m posting..... Even if it’s double-eyelid surgery, please don’t take it lightly I really hope you know your own style before getting surgery. I hope you don’t end up going as far as a third surgery like me..... Line lowering is even more~~ difficult than you might think... and expensive too...... Even after getting surgery, the early period is hard because of obsessive anxiety....
