I had nose surgery 6 years ago using ear cartilage, and it turned out very natural. Since it was ear cartilage, it did droop, but still, in my early 20s, I went around with it looking natural~ They use an entire building, so accessibility and professionalism were good. The staff were kind too. The facilities were really good.
