Revision surgery 1 year after nose surgery,,

The first photo is 1 year after my nose surgery,, The nasal tip gradually came down, and a boundary formed between the silicone and cartilage, and it became slightly indented,, It doesn’t show much in photos, but from the front, that area looked indented, and the area above it protruded relatively, so it looked like I had a pimple,, So I talked to the doctor, and now, 1 year after the surgery, I had revision surgery. He said the reason seemed to be that one layer of ear cartilage had been absorbed and sagged, and the silicone was too high. So he said we should lower the silicone a bit, and since it seemed one layer of cartilage had been absorbed, add one more layer. So I ended up having cartilage taken from both ears I did it on Monday, so it’s day 3 after surgery. The first surgery took about 3 hours, but the revision surgery took 1 hour. So the swelling seems to be going down faster. Once the swelling goes down, the line will become pretty, right? Does the line look a bit different? Before surgery, the silicone was a little high, so it felt like a straight nose, and now the nasal tip is a bit high,, Does it look a little higher??
