The first photo is from when I had my first surgery It was one month after surgery, so it looks round because of the swelling, but after the swelling went down, it drooped downward and turned into an arrow-shaped nose.. The nasal tip was too pointy, so it bent and the implant showed through, so that’s why I had revision surgery this time As the swelling goes down, it feels like it’s gradually getting pointy again..
