I had a consultation here with Director Kim Chan-woo. He explained the reason my nasal tip is bulky by dividing it into cartilage and skin, and he also explained shaving down the hump. But I didn’t get a detailed explanation about needing to lift the nasal tip. The consultant was also kind. They said a lot of trainees had it done here, but I don’t know about that lol
