Sagging as a side effect after facial contouring.. 1-year facelift review

I saw a question asking whether people in their 30s get facelifts too, so I’m leaving my 1-year facelift review.. First of all, I had facial contouring done in my 20s, and as a side effect, the sagging was really severe. I also developed hollow cheeks, and my jawline basically collapsed, so at one point I went kind of crazy with Ultherapy and had it done a lot. But I only saw an effect from the very first session, and decided it had no effect at all after that. After that, I eventually got a facelift, and to just give the conclusion, I’m extremely satisfied. I visited several clinics for consultations and eventually found a single-surgeon clinic that does a lot of anti-aging? or only facelifts? and went there. I do think facelifts are definitely done best by facelift specialists. (Honestly, I had my facial contouring done at a large hospital, but the aftercare was so bad that I still regret it.) When I asked the director about Ultherapy, he said it works on the same principle as your hand shriveling when you touch a hot pot, so I thought, ah, I’ve just been fooled by dermatology clinics all this time. (That doesn’t mean I’m criticizing dermatology clinics. I’m just a bit negative about Ultherapy, and I still like other types of care.) Anyway, as someone 1 year after a facelift, what I’ve felt is that the only thing that lifts sagging is a facelift… really, the only anti-aging surgery is a facelift ㅠ People ask what I’ll do when I get older, but I’ll get another facelift even when I’m older. I just hope the director at the clinic I went to will keep practicing until then.. Anyway, if you’re sagging after facial contouring or just have thin skin and sagging, don’t do Ultherapy, get a facelift ㅠ
