Nose Surgery Reviews

Rhinoplasty consultation review! ㅊㄷㅊ ㅋㅂㅈ ㅈㅅ

I went around for consultations sometime this summer, so I don’t remember everything exactly, but I’ll write down only the main things I remember. 1. ㅊㄷㅊ The clinic was very clean, and both the consultant and the director were kind. As you can tell from the director’s review photos, they don’t seem to pursue an overly artificial look. And I think there’s a line they’re good at creating. (Looking at the reviews, there seemed to be many noses with a slightly long and slim feel?) However, I got the impression that they prefer surgery using the nasal septum, but after taking a CT, they said my septum was too small and suggested using costal cartilage. They seem to be good at and do a lot of implant-free rhinoplasty. Of course, my nasal bridge is too low… so silicone was recommended to me lol What left an impression was that the consultant’s nose was so naturally pretty and exactly my taste…! She said her nose was also done by the director, and if mine could turn out just like that, it would be really great. If my septum had been large enough and usable, I think I would have leaned toward this place, but I put it on hold because it bothered me that I was recommended a different surgical method, not the septum-based surgery the director does a lot. (If I’m going to do it anyway, I want to receive the surgical method the director is good at and performs often) Also, the fact that it’s an ENT clinic bothered me a little. 2. ㅋㅂㅈ I remember there were quite a few other people in the lobby who had had plastic surgery. Likewise, they seem to pursue a natural feel and seem good at creating nice results. The director said he had also operated on his own wife, and hearing that he had operated on family increased my trust. The director also gave a warm impression and responded kindly. And his education and career background are very impressive. When I went around for consultations in the summer, I leaned most strongly toward this place, but after seeing some hmm…-type reviews in a community, I put it on hold. I think this place said that from the first surgery, there was no need to use costal cartilage and that they would operate only with ear cartilage and septal cartilage. Likewise, the fact that it’s an ENT clinic bothered me a little. 3. ㅈㅅ A place specializing in revision surgery! I think this was the longest consultation, about an hour. The director felt a bit cynical, but he wasn’t extremely unfriendly. He told me exactly only what was possible with my nose. For me, he gave two options: 1. a surgical plan to reduce my nose naturally without an implant, and 2. a plan to insert silicone and make it more glamorous. He said with option 1, my nose wouldn’t change dramatically, and with option 2, it would change dramatically, like into a goddess lol, but I would have to take care of my nose for the rest of my life. I went with my mother, and my mother seemed tempted by option 2 lol. But I’m timid, so… I just kept thinking about it and left. This is something I have to make up my own mind about, though;; + But they said that if I do it like option 2, I’d have to pick my nose with cotton swabs. Is it like that for everyone who has had rhinoplasty…? Also, because of my nasolabial angle, he recommended cat surgery? Noble surgery? too. Hmm, but I’m not really thinking about anything except rhinoplasty, so I said no… Seeing him recommend other surgeries made me feel a little hmm. But since it’s a plastic surgery clinic, maybe he was actually recommending ways for me to become prettier. I went to other clinics too, so I’ll add them if I remember~~
