Honestly, for my first surgery, my mom basically made me get it, and I think I said “naturally” like 10 times. The issue is that after surgery, I didn’t even have packing put in, and there wasn’t even a drop of blood, so the surgical skill itself seemed good, but nobody could tell I had anything done... even my family didn’t know, fuck... After 10 years passed, since my nose was originally small × low × wide, they had only used septal cartilage and ear cartilage back then, so the nasal tip dropped, and the doctor tied it excessively to make the nose look narrow, so my nose looked pinched. Honestly, I had been living fine without thinking much about it, but my parents looked at my nose and said this wouldn’t do, so I did it again... For the second time, I researched it myself, and first of all, I did it at a large hospital. I had a bad perception of large hospitals, but the doctor understood the problems with my nose so well that even though I wanted autologous costal cartilage, I trusted him and just used donated costal cartilage. The progress is okay b First of all, the pinched look improved a lot. A low and wide nose absolutely cannot be raised very high; the skin tension just doesn’t stretch, so the higher you make it, the more drastically it comes back down, for real. So during surgery, both the doctor and I just kept the height the same as before. Since it hasn’t been long since I had it redone, it does have a sharper look, but with time it’ll probably come down a lot again ^^.. I also had rhinitis surgery at the same time, so my nostril area feels as wide as the Pacific Ocean and I can breathe freely, which is really nice.
