I had a nose consultation with Director ㅇㅎㅎ. My nose does have a hump, but honestly it wasn't unattractive enough that people around me would strongly try to stop me if I said I was getting my nose done. I only wanted the hump and nasal tip addressed, but he said I absolutely had to have an osteotomy and use costal cartilage, and gave me a quote of 7.7 million. The consultation was kind and good, but it felt like it was becoming too major of a surgery. Since it was my first surgery, I didn't want to go that far, so I didn't decide to have surgery here.
