The doctor is kind. But the nurse and consultant don’t do their jobs and aren’t good at itㅠ The hospital checked my nose surgery date incorrectly, so there was no contact until the day before, and I called them first. They were flustered and said they’d call back, and 3 hours later the consultant called apologizing. So I said I had already cleared my schedule, what am I supposed to do, but they didn’t really do anything for me. In the end, I rescheduled for 6 months later and had it done.
