I felt like my nose line was somehow getting shorter and more crooked, so originally I was only thinking about revision rhinoplasty. Along with revision rhinoplasty, I also started thinking about my face, which had been sagging lately, so since I was getting surgery anyway, I had fat grafting and a thread lift done together. About two months after surgery, when I looked in the mirror, my nose shape turned out really pretty, so I feel like getting the revision surgery was truly the right choice. My jawline became sharply defined, and I gained volume too, so a close younger friend said, “Wow, you really look completely different!” lol
