They take a CT before the consultation. (50-minute consultation). There was pressure to pay a reservation deposit, but when I said I wouldn’t, that was the end of it. It wasn’t really a forceful level, more like one or two “suggestions”? They really pinpointed the exact downsides I had in mind, and I liked the shape I would get if I had surgery, so I really liked that part!!!! They said my forehead and chin are well developed, but compared with that, my midface is sunken, so it makes my mouth look protruded (I really agreed!!). They looked at everything in such detail and so thoroughly. But the doctor looked a bit tired; toward the end, their tone had a sigh mixed into it The total quote was 4.9 million won, but later the consultant said she would adjust it down to 4 million won for me. She said there would be a discount if I posted a partial review on a community after surgery, and asked if I would do it, so I said okay. I could see that the doctor prioritizes harmony with my face. The consultant kept praising them, saying “Our director~,” and said they consider safety the top priority and are very responsible. She said that, including her friends and acquaintances, about 50 people had surgery with the director. I was thinking of doing only the nasal tip without an implant, but they said it would probably be better to put a little silicone in the nasal bridge. And maybe because they specialize in autologous costal cartilage, they definitely strongly recommended autologous costal cartilage. +My nasal bridge is already on the higher side, so I want to do only the nasal tip I’m not looking for a dramatic change or trying to completely remake my nose. Actually, I want to keep my hump.. I also feel a bit resistant to silicone What do you all think, those who had consultations for implant-free nasal tip surgery?
