ㅂㄴㄴ The consulting director spoke calmly and explained things well, and the manager had also personally had rhinoplasty with the director, so that made me trust them a bit. The hospital atmosphere was cozy, and the staff seemed to have a good vibe with each other too... Anyway, at first they talked about using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but said that if the length was insufficient during surgery, they might use donated costal cartilage. I liked that they honestly told me what would be possible and what I would have to give up on. For now, I made a same-day reservation, and after finishing consultations at other hospitals, I plan to consult again at ㅂㄴㄴ~ They suggested using silicone of about 2-3 mm~
ㅁㅇㄷ Director Lee Young-taek First of all, the consultation manager was so cheerful.. The director explained things gently and in detail... The atmosphere was really good. I heard a lot of people get their first rhinoplasty at Mind, so I went, and they made the consultation comfortable. They said that to definitely improve a bulbous nose without needing revision surgery, donated costal cartilage should be used rather than septal and ear cartilage. That’s because my septal cartilage is slightly deviated and also small. They said a 3 mm silicone implant could be carved and used so it falls naturally from the raised nasal tip toward the forehead. For now, I liked it, but I’m going to consult with other directors too before deciding~ Whether it’s a first surgery or revision surgery, I hope you consult at ㅁㅇㄷ at least once.
ㅊㄷㅊ I went because I heard they were good at implant-free surgery for bulbous noses. When the consultation started, they kept explaining everything based on an implant-free approach. They said I didn’t need to touch too much, and showed me a Photoshop simulation, which looked natural. But I want something a little more dramatic and want clear frontal improvement of the bulbous nose, so for now I’m putting it on hold. If you’re someone who only needs slight refinement without implants, I think it would be good to go at least once~
