Nose information - low nose, short nose, slightly upturned nose

After seeing the CT, they said I did not have enough septal cartilage and recommended costal cartilage. They said my nose is very short, so costal cartilage would probably be sturdier than ear cartilage.
For now, I have been to consultations at two places, but their opinions are clearly different, so I am debating... What does everyone think.. I plan to also go to Mㅌ and Pㄹ (my friend had it done there).
