There were so many people waiting that even though I had a reservation, I still waited more than 30 minutes. After consulting with the manager, I had to wait another 20 minutes before the consultation with the doctor started. Overall, I felt the doctor was warm and explained things well, but he didn't say clearly what the surgical results would be for the parts I wanted to improve. I asked whether, for nose surgery on a bulbous nose, if the nose were raised too much and became too small, the proportions would look off, and instead of saying it would be fine, he said that if the proportions looked off, wouldn't I need to additionally do surgery, procedures, or treatment on the cheekbones or other areas? That made me lose trust. The manager was extremely kind. Honestly, she was the best of all the places I've been to. She was the head manager, and she was truly great.
