What should I do for aftercare with this nose?

I think the line is pretty, but if not, how about trying alar reduction? I also have a bulbous nose, and I like the side view, but the front view didn’t improve, so I’m thinking about alar reduction When the alae get smaller, it does look a bit slimmer..

It doesn’t really look like it’s protruding though? It seems like you just haven’t gotten used to it yet and there’s still swelling. Looking at the photos, I did think, uh… because the nasolabial angle is narrower than your original nose, but the columella that wasn’t there before was brought out appropriately, so I think the after looks much prettier.

Your nose is seriously pretty though???? Don’t think of revision surgery too lightly... With noses, the more you open them up, the worse it gets. I was honestly about to say that looking at your current nose, you should thank your doctor every year lol everyone, just don’t come into this community

Opening up the nose one more time is also a big deal, so I recommend just living with it. Your nose is pretty now too
