Since it is still a surgery, I should have felt scared or nervous, but I had none of that. I was just excited and thrilled that I could finally escape from glasses. It felt like a factory-style setup: wearing a cap and gown, waiting in the waiting room, then going into the operating room when my name was called. Rather than the typical operating room we imagine, it felt a bit like a dental clinic? There were beds lined up, and the doctor seemed to go around performing surgeries. They told me to keep looking at the dot. At that time, I think the laser burned the cornea, and then they removed the cut corneal tissue, but I really felt ab~~~~~~~solutely nothing. I remember it was fascinating that my eyes were open, but I could not see anything in front of me and it was just white... After that, I always made efforts so my eyesight would not get worse, like turning on the main light whenever I looked at my phone. But maybe because I am addicted to my phone, since I just look at my phone every day, my eyes feel a bit worse than when I first had it done... From 1.5 to around 1.0-1.2? At first, glare was severe, so watching TV and looking at my phone bothered me a bit, and my eyes were very dry too, but time solves it.
