At first, I wondered what “uiu hotspot” even meant, but it turns out it refers to a place famous for breast augmentation surgery. I went around to a bunch of clinics, and by my standards, the hotspot was Grace Plastic Surgery, so I got Motiva breast augmentation done here lol They measured my breast size and scanned me for 3D virtual surgery, then I had a consultation with the director. The vertical repositioning method? Seeing them explain it while drawing pictures made me think this must be the know-how for creating that uu shape. I tried the sizers on and got a recommended volume, and I could really feel that the director specializes in breasts lol It wasn’t like they were just casually throwing out suggestions. After surgery, I was scared that the pain would start once the anesthesia wore off, but luckily I ended up with no pain. I took all the prescribed medication and kept going on walks~ Even when it was a hassle, I received all the clinic’s aftercare, and now I have UIU breasts like this. I’m so, so satisfied!! Now I understand why everyone calls it a hotspot
