Next 75A → 75D, so pretty breasts ^_^

Hi I had a consultation with Dr. Lee Jae-soo at Next Plastic Surgery around September 2024, then saw him again once in March, and had surgery at the end of April. First, I went because I watched it on YouTube and felt like I could trust this clinic. During the first consultation, they explained things really thoroughly. They did not say to overdo it according to my goals, and they told me it would be good to do exactly a full D, which is what I wanted. Also, they said my breasts were already pretty, so it would definitely come out well, and it sounded sincere. The photos seem like I brought ones I found from the Next Plastic Surgery website. For implant size, they said they would decide while placing it during surgery, so I estimated around Mentor 290~330. In the end, a moderate-high 310 was inserted. The reason I chose Mentor is because I didn’t feel Motiva gave enough advantage for the price. About implant size, based on my experience, After surgery, sometimes it looked too big, and at other times I thought, "Oh, maybe it was too small?" So I think the next size up from what I planned would have been fine. I was also worried that if the side of the breast showed too much, it might bulge, but the right amount looking out is actually pretty. For the first 48 hours after surgery, I thought I was going to die. It is not comparable to rhinoplasty. The doctor said the pain can be real on day 1–2. Since it was marked low at the rib-level, when I got up it really felt like it might slip down. But by day 3 it had already improved. You absolutely need to go with a guardian. Afterward, I couldn’t even open the door to leave the building.... Also, the doctor’s post-op care is very good, and they tell you what bra to wear depending on shape changes, so they feel very reliable. If I over-exaggerate, I worry people who are considering surgery might feel turned off, so I’m keeping it moderate, but everyone around me who is considering this is absolutely being recommended this hospital.....
