It’s day 10 since my jaw and cheekbone surgery. Does anyone else have pain like I do when sleeping? I wear a compression strap when I sleep. But by the time I wake up in the morning, I get such severe pain, as if someone is pressing hard on my cheekbones and jaw with their hand, that even if I want to sleep more, I can’t and have to get up and sit down. Then the pain gradually eases. When I’m sitting, I don’t notice it, but in the morning when I wake up, it really feels like someone was pressing on it with their hand and then, when I get up, it slowly lets go like that, and it hurts. No matter where I look, it seems like nobody has pain this severe, so what should I do?
