Nose Surgery Reviews

Functional rhinoplasty + cosmetic rhinoplasty + full-face fat grafting review (…

✨Before surgery Honestly, I didn’t have a major complex about my nose. My nose wasn’t low or severely crooked either, but one day I thought, “I want to refine it a little more prettily,” so I started going for consultations. I went to consultations at more than 10 places, and at this clinic, the consultation manager was really honest and not excessive, recommending only the surgeries I actually needed, so I felt I could trust them. (The friend who came with me for the consultation also heard what the manager said and ended up putting down a deposit haha) It wasn’t the kind of feeling like, “We’ll make you look pretty no matter what,” but they realistically talked about a direction that would suit my face, which I liked. And they were so kind. ✨After surgery I had correction for a deviated septum + rhinitis, and cosmetic rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage + ear cartilage. After a lot of thought, following Director Jung Tae-young’s recommendation, I also had full-face fat grafting done together. Fat grafting was honestly something I had never even considered, but now I’m so satisfied that I think, “What would I have done if I hadn’t gotten it?” My whole face changed in a subtle way, looking softer and younger. People around me even say, “Something changed, but I don’t know what you did, and you look prettier.” That’s how much they say it :) At the second touch-up, I’m planning to ask them to add a little more naturally to my forehead and the area above my cheekbones. My nose feels similar to my pre-surgery nose line, but much more naturally pretty. It has more dimension from the front, and the side profile is exactly the straight-with-a-slight-slope look I wanted! I’m especially satisfied that what I hear most often is “a natural change without looking like you had plastic surgery.” When I go on blind dates, men ask why my nose is so pretty hahaha For one week after surgery, there was quite a bit of swelling, so before going to work, I walked 20,000 steps every day to reduce the swelling. Thanks to that, I think my recovery was faster too. At first, I was worried because of the swelling, so I called the hospital several times, and I had a lot of concerns, but every time, the nurses explained everything so kindly and responded with such care that I was really grateful. Now it has been one month since surgery, and breathing is comfortable, and the overall balance of my face has gotten much better. My nose looks natural, and my face looks softer and more lively, so even if I could go back, I would have surgery at the same clinic again.
