<Before><Before>Even before surgery, my nose wasn’t ugly, but people around me mostly opposed it, saying nose surgery doesn’t end with just one procedure and telling me not to do it, so I agonized over it for several years. Then I thought, since I only live once, I should try living with a higher nose too, so I went to consultations and had the surgery!!! Nose surgery was more complicated than I expected. I had a short nose and small nostrils, so they said they couldn’t raise it too much. They said if they raised it high, my nostrils would become like an “11” shape, so I said I would let go of some of my greed. I said I wanted it natural-yet-defined, natural-yet-defined!!!! I was aiming for a dramatic look, but the doctor asked, “Then is it okay if it looks a bit obvious?” and I said no.. I think even the moment I was closing my eyes, I kept saying “make it natural”.. Maybe subconsciously I wanted something natural? In the end, I think it turned out natural. Even the friends around me who opposed it said it turned out well, so I feel good, but how does it look to everyone here? I do wish it were just a little higher, but then would it look too obvious that I got nose surgery? From the front, I would’ve liked the bridge to stand out just a tiny bit more, but overall I’m satisfied
