I happened to find out about a community and popped in.. And the director of the hospital where I had surgery is doing consultations here? It feels kind of fascinating.. lol Protruding mouth surgery.. already a year and a half has flown by.. Flown by? If you call it long, it was long.. or maybe not.. Anyway, when I had the surgery, I wondered when a year would pass and it would look natural.. but that much time has already passed.. hmm hmm At first, I decided to have surgery without worrying that much.. because my husband actively supported me.. Of course, before that I went through all kinds of sites, read reviews, heard about side effects, looked at photos and was amazed, and with the belief that I could change that dramatically too, I even quit my job and went through with the surgery.. Now that site is gone.. Those who know will know.. I don't know if there was a fight over brokers.. I hadn't gone in for a while, then checked once and it had been closed amid controversy.. I was kind of sad.. the members were very active.. Of course, I also went in and out constantly at first, then became less interested as time passed.. At first I uploaded photos, then deleted them because someone downloaded them.. and absurdly someone reported me as a broker, so I exchanged tons of emails with the site owner and eventually even got an apology.. Anyway, there was a bit of a story.. ^^ In any case, it was one of the sites I was grateful for.. Um.. getting to the point.. After surgery.. at first the swelling went down really well, so when I uploaded photos, everyone made a fuss.. Of course, even to me, I had changed a lot.. After going through what everyone goes through.. and getting the wires removed after 6 weeks.. my teeth became firm.. my memory is hazy now, but anyway, from some point I started using all my front teeth, and now I can even chew stones with my front teeth.. Those who haven't been long since surgery may be worried about things like when you can use your front teeth... your teeth feeling loose, your teeth looking spaced apart, and so on.. but I don't think you need to worry too much.. Time solves everything.. If you trust time and wait.. it really works.. Of course, I had a bit of a hard time too.. The small remaining swelling didn't go down as much as I expected.. Still, the surgery itself didn't seem to have any problem.. but it felt like this swelling was still left on my face.. so until 6 months it felt a little awkward.. But~~ around 6 months, I started getting meridian massage. lol It was facial meridian massage.. at first I just did it to improve my skin.. but wow.. the facial swelling went right down. From then on, my facial line came out clearly.. and I could definitely see how I had changed.. Before, I had read posts saying some people couldn't get massages even after a year because their face.. or the area around the mouth was sensitive.. but I had none of that at all.. I just received meridian massage well.. Anyway, for those whose swelling doesn't go down well after surgery.. I highly recommend meridian massage. I didn't get orthodontic treatment either.. only one gap was a bit large, so I had it filled with resin.. it's not very noticeable, and I'm satisfied.. Honestly, for people with protruding mouths.. back when my mouth protruded too, I lived thinking I was on the pretty side in my own way.. though of course there were times I didn't.. but on the face, the mouth.. really takes up a big part.. If you ask whether I'm satisfied with the surgical result.. honestly, I'm very satisfied.. I don't want to go back to before. I hear a lot that I'm much prettier.. and I've gained a lot of confidence. The surgery fee isn't a small amount of money.. but I think it's worth that much.. though of course it would have been nice if it had been a bit cheaper ^^ For those who haven't been long since surgery.. you really need to wait at least a year.. then the facial contour settles in, so until then, as long as the surgery itself didn't go wrong.. don't worry too much and stay comfortable.. Even if it isn't necessarily dramatic, it is definitely a really great surgery.. Everyone, fighting~~
