Those with experience, please answer..

I had surgery on the nasal bridge and nasal tip, but even after tying the nasal tip cartilage, it doesn't seem like the nose shape I wanted I want a slim and pointed nose. The hospital is suggesting alar reduction, but if I do alar reduction, will it definitely be effective? When I first had surgery, the hospital never said anything about doing alar reduction, but when I said this isn't the nose I wanted, they told me to try alar reduction and are asking for an additional fee Those who have had alar reduction, please leave lots of replies I'm planning to redo the nasal tip at the same time Will it be effective for the front view too? This is just my own thought, but wouldn't it get better if I redo the nasal tip cartilage tying? Please help~
