It’s been 2 weeks since my nose surgery, and from the moment the splint was removed until now, my nostrils have been asymmetric.. The columella is gone too, and the columellar incision scar is W-shaped along the incision line, so from the front, the nasal tip looks split. To correct this, do they have to open the nose? They’ll provide after-service for this, right?
