I had my first surgery using only septal cartilage, but it’s way too stiff and it’s obvious at a glance that I had surgery (pointy nose, asymmetry, etc.), so I’m planning a revision. If I switch to ear cartilage, I feel like it might become even a little more natural and softer.. I don’t want to use costal cartilage because I think it’ll be even stiffer.. I’m aiming for extremely natural!!! Please give me your opinions
달갸루라이 You mean replacing the nasal tip cartilage, right? It would be better than septal cartilage, but even if you use ear cartilage, when you touch it, it’s definitely different from a natural nose
