I had cosmetic rhinoplasty during the Chuseok holiday, partly to treat rhinitis and also to improve my hump nose and bulbous nose haha I had facial paralysis before, so left-right asymmetry remained as a aftereffect, and even my nostrils were uneven So the asymmetry may still look visible ((this can’t be helped) To match the size, one side was raised more, and it’s still very swollen, but haha please tell me how it looks!!! I wanted it to look natural, and since I already had a nasal bridge, I did it without an implant. My septal cartilage was seriously, like, ridiculously huge like a man’s, (originally they had also planned to use ear cartilage) so they used septal cartilage for the nasal tip and improved the bulbous nose, and I’m satisfied...! Do you think it looks okay? Did it drop a bit too much? I also have a lot to say about the surgery, so I’m thinking of organizing it and writing it up once...!!!
