I avoid baseless clinics for autologous costal cartilage

<Before, and it was really droopy><After surgery>Surgery reason - because I had a droopy, arrow-shaped nose. I had it done 10 years? ago, so I’m not trying to blame the clinic, but it’s kind of annoying that the surgeon who operated on me isn’t there anymore. Even though revision surgery mostly uses autologous costal cartilage, I felt like at some point it just became the standard?? The clinic where I had surgery also recommended autologous costal cartilage, but what made this place at least convincing was that they selected the material after looking at my X-ray, so I felt like, okay, at least it’s not baseless.......,.,..,, They explained all the problems that could happen if surgery was done without autologous costal cartilage, so I liked that the most. The surgeon made a plan considering my drooping nasal tip and the position of my previous implant, and I was tired of obvious consultations, but it was nice that they showed me what I would look like after surgery. I can’t say it’s 100% exactly the same as my current nose, but I also can’t say it’s totally different. It has the nose feel I saw in the prediction image, and I think it came out almost similar. I wanted a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but this is just so-so enough. I hope it stays like this... I’m still managing the scar, but at this level I feel like it’s barely noticeable, so I live without worrying about it. Because I used autologous costal cartilage, there’s a nasal tip guarantee benefit, but I don’t think I’ll need to use it, assuming it stays like it is now....., lol
