They said the director went into surgery about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, but then shouldn’t I have been able to have my consultation at my appointment time? I had the consultation after that surgery ended, so in other words I waited about 1 hour and 40 minutes. The consultant was very kind. But the consultation with the director was over in 2 minutes, and it felt more like a diagnosis than a consultation. I couldn’t say what I wanted or ask anything. So I decided not to do it here.
