I had a consultation because I wanted to have a glamorous nose like Karina's. I had high expectations because they handle many materials, and they explained systematically how surgery would need to be done for my current nose to become glamorous and what materials should be used, so they really gave off expert vibes. I haven't decided on surgery yet, but it's a place I'm thinking about very positively.
