Chest cartilage

My nose was short and upturned, so after consultations here and there, I had surgery at a rhinoplasty clinic in Seomyeon, Busan, using silicone and chest cartilage. During the nose surgery, when they inserted the silicone, it hurt so much that I screamed, but they kept telling me to relax my body.. But is that easy... Anyway, after a 3-hour surgery, I lay down in the recovery room, and after 5 hours I got up to leave, but I felt dizzy and my face turned pale. In the end, I lay down for another hour and barely got home by taxi. When I went in the next day, they said blood had pooled and scolded me.. They didn’t even hospitalize me, so all I did was go home and rest.. Anyway, they opened it up a little again and seemed to draw out blood with a syringe. Then 2 days passed without incident.. After that, the doctor didn’t see me and a nurse treated me.. I don’t know if that was the problem.. On the 7th day, when it was time to remove the stitches, the doctor looked and said blood had pooled again (on day 4 before the nurse treated me, they had said I could relax now. But..) So they opened it again and drew out blood again.. In the evening, they looked and said there seemed to be inflammation, put me on the operating table, gave me sleep anesthesia again, and did something. They said they were irrigating it with saline.. It seemed like they reopened part of it and sprayed saline and things like that.. And the next day, they said blood had pooled again and scolded me.. (They shouted at me, as if I had done something wrong..) When I called my mom, they said that evening it had improved. After spending 2 more days like that, in the evening they tied something again. Four days after that, they removed something again.. In the evening they said they would watch it, then said it was okay now.. But the problem is!! I spent 2 weeks going to the hospital, including 3 days hospitalized... and my nose is crooked!! I don’t know if the surgery was done wrong or if it became crooked during the treatment period.. They had said it wouldn’t become crooked if they used 2 pieces of chest cartilage, but now they changed their words and said it can become crooked even with 2 pieces.. They said it isn’t noticeable.. I was so angry and dumbfounded that I couldn’t say anything, but they told me to come to the hospital again tomorrow, so I’m going and I’m going to tell them.. But anyway, they’ll probably say we can only know after 2 months, and if I want, they’ll do a revision surgery, right..?? You have no idea how scary and painful nose surgery is.. I really don’t want revision surgery.. But I also can’t live my whole life with a crooked nose after spending 5 million won.. My mom also says if it has to be done, it has to be done. I’m really depressed.. I even miss my original nose. Living naturally and brightly is the best.. Anyway, I thought it would be over in a week, but now it looks like I’ll be suffering mentally, physically, and wasting money for at least a year..
