I want to improve my pinched nose and raise the height a bit, but what kind of surgery should I get? Is it better to use autologous costal cartilage for the material? I don’t mind using anything, but since I’m doing it, I want to use something good. Can I find out what people like me did? I was going to upload nose photos, but it keeps giving an error and won’t upload I haven’t thought of any hospital yet, but I saw a Highend consultation review where they explained things in a lot of detail, so I’m thinking of going there. I haven’t booked a consultation yet, but I have no idea where else might be worth going, so I want to first get a consultation somewhere that does consultations well. If there’s anywhere good, please recommend it, only people who have actually gone for a consultation.

킥 Rather than autologous costal cartilage being automatically better just because it’s revision surgery, it depends on the condition of your nose. In my case, I used only septal cartilage before, but my nasal tip drooped, so I used costal cartilage at Louvre to lift it again. If you’ve already used other materials, they do tend to use costal cartilage a lot.
shinshin02 Autologous costal cartilage is firmer and better than donated costal cartilage, but that doesn’t mean it only has advantages haha. It’s case by case. Some people are fine with donated costal cartilage, and some people have side effects even after using autologous costal cartilage haha. I was going to do my revision with autologous costal cartilage, but I did it with donated costal cartilage haha because I didn’t want a scar and I was scared I might get pneumothorax...
다뿅가요 It does vary a bit depending on the condition of your nose, but it does seem like a lot of people use autologous costal cartilage. Try going to Highend. There seemed to be a lot of reviews about autologous costal cartilage and other materials too.
