I got double jaw surgery and cheekbone surgery together!

When viewed at a 45-degree angle, the side cheekbones that used to bother me are barely visible, so I like that. From the front, my face also looks much smaller, and I feel like I’ve gotten closer to the image I wanted, so I’m happy. My front cheekbones haven’t completely disappeared, but they look much softer than before, and although my face isn’t completely straight-lined, I’m fully satisfied with this amount of change. There is still a lot of swelling left, so I hope it goes down as soon as possible. Even just looking at the results so far, I feel like I made the right choice getting the surgery. <3-week review> It’s week 3, but there’s almost no change in the swelling, so there isn’t a big difference from week 2. I really like my side profile. The front view is a little different from what I expected, but it’s still settling in, so I’m going to watch it a bit longer without getting too impatient haha <4-week review> Now that it’s week 4, rather than big changes, it feels like I’m gradually getting used to everything overall. The swelling is still there, but it has become much more natural when I make facial expressions or talk, and I’m still most satisfied with my side profile. The front view also seems to be slowly settling, so I don’t feel as impatient as before, and I’m actually looking forward to the result! <2-month review> At two months, there is still a little swelling left, but when I take photos, unlike before, the asymmetry is barely visible, so I’m very satisfied. I reduced my midface, but now my face has become so much smaller that it almost feels like I should lengthen it instead!! I met friends after a long time, and they told me my face was as small as a fist, so I was really satisfied. Daily life has also become much more comfortable now, and at two months, I’m living a truly satisfying life haha <3-month review> It’s already been 3 months since the surgery! The things that were uncomfortable at first have improved a lot now, so I can eat almost everything, and the swelling in my philtrum and overall face has gone down a lot. Thanks to that, the awkwardness when talking has decreased significantly, and I can definitely feel that the asymmetry has been corrected. It feels like more than 50% of the swelling has gone down compared with the beginning! Maybe that’s why every time I look in the mirror, I’m so curious and excited to see how much more my face will slim down.
