I originally had an upturned nose, but after nose surgery, my upturned nose / visible nostrils / asymmetry looked even worse, so I had only nostril lowering done separately! The photo is from one month post-op, and after surgery, I had zero issues with daily life and no swelling. It’s been 1 year, and I don’t think there has been any particular deformation?!
My nose is very small, so I was turned down by several clinics, but the director here said I was an ideal case and that surgery was possible, so I scheduled a date right away and had the surgery.
