I had a consultation because I wanted to reduce my wide nostrils. And they pointed out more issues, such as a hump nose, nostril reduction, lifting the columella, and so on. I didn’t know my nose was such a complex nose that needed this much work. They recommended a surgical method using donated costal cartilage together with ear cartilage. When I listened to the consultation, they explained things well in an easy-to-understand way. However, the aesthetic aspect didn’t match mine, so I chose to have surgery elsewhere. I liked that the director is an otolaryngology specialist.
