It’s been quite a while since I posted my consultation review. First, I had the surgery at the end of April as scheduled.. First of all, while recovering after surgery, there were a lot of things I thought would be good to mention if things worked out... But after that, I worked so, so much overtime and fell into a physically and mentally weakened state, so I’m only posting my review now. Hmm... First, it would be good to look back on the parts I considered important when I decided to have the surgery, right...? Before that, I couldn’t write a post, but I had so many things I wanted to say… I thought it might help if you could choose what to read depending on what you need/don’t need, so I’ll mark things like below..! //----Additional explanation-----// *** Things that may be good to consider V Recommendations and tips For example, I’ll write it in this kind of way~~ is what I mean..... //---- I bravely wrote a consultation review with a lot of effort, but the surgery review was late because.. ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ after surgery, I was really tearfully busy.... It’s awkward to say where, but the company I work for is in the legal field, so there is absolutely nothing I can adjust about my schedule by my own will..... Right after the surgery ended, I lived doing over 1,800 minutes of OT in a month.. Why was there so much OT again.... Adjusting R&R... And even after that, things didn’t improve quickly, so HR contacted me... I was wondering why I had spent this money and gone through this hardship to buy breasts, yet couldn’t even show them anywhere and was just wearing big clothes and covering myself up tightly..... Why did I even have surgery..... and then..! I finally had a little more breathing room and met a new man, and wow... even after coming out about the breast augmentation, he said they were pretty and nice, and that he didn’t know until I told him, so I feel extremely good.... Then that gives me momentum to write again.....?!?! -----// Something like this..? lololololol As I wrote in the consultation review too, I suddenly thought that if it wasn’t for the holiday period at the very end of this April, I would just spend my whole life worrying and never get breast surgery. Among them, the final candidates that I liked in terms of views on surgery, facilities, surgical method, and the aesthetic of the results were two clinics... Actually, I liked the clinic more because I could have surgery on a schedule where I could rest the longest, and because of the overall direction?? I felt from the head director’s comments on YouTube. Especially, there was a YouTube channel run by four directors from different clinics, and if one person’s main idea was that the patient must absolutely be comfortable, In Director Lee Jun-wook’s case, the direction was more like minimizing risk as much as possible even if the person undergoing the procedure is a little uncomfortable for a certain period..??? I’m already the type to rationalize things quite a lot depending on my physical condition, and if they loosen things for me..??? I definitely would not keep wearing the compression garment I’m told to wear until the end. But he seemed to try to keep that part somewhat strict, and he seemed to be the type to have patients wear compression garments for the longest period. Other than the schedule, that was the biggest part, and unexpectedly, things like unlimited aftercare weren’t hugely attractive to me because it was obvious it wouldn’t be easy for me to leave work on time. V But if you have plenty of time, I especially recommend a place where you can receive a lot of CAPS treatments (to be mentioned later) ***If your personality is on the naive side, intentionally choosing a place with strict aftercare may also help. Compression garments are more uncomfortable than I expected, and wearing them loosely just because I’m told to wear them makes me anxious.. wearing them fitted makes me feel like I’ll get indigestion, and my skin gets rubbed… It was an endless loop of that kind of discomfort. So I decided to have surgery at that clinic.. and since I was going under sedation anyway, should I also get some liposuction while I’m unconscious? That’s what I thought, so I did accessory breasts, upper arms, inner thighs, and front thighs together. Since I was doing hybrid augmentation, I had to remove fat anyway, right? For the fat to use, the accessory breast area alone would be enough, but… If my upper arms became thinner, my overall body silhouette would look more refined even without going extremely large, and also, during the 3 years after changing jobs, I had gained almost 15 kg, so I wanted to get rid of my thighs quickly too.. V When getting breast augmentation, I recommend liposuction of the accessory breasts and upper arms. It adds a little and is more effective. *** If you cannot recover at home for more than 2 weeks and you don’t have a caregiver who can help you lie down and get up, then unless there’s a very good reason, don’t do breast augmentation plus arm liposuction + 360-degree thigh liposuction. : To lie down and get up even by rolling yourself, you need to use either your arms or legs, but if you do both, you can’t apply strength.. It really hurts and is hard.. And on top of that, commuting?? I only did the inner and front thighs, but it was so hard for 2 weeks. And after thigh liposuction, during the recovery period, as sensation comes back, there is this very.. hard-to-describe pain and stinging, a very unpleasant something-or-other feeling, and if that were 360 degrees… wow… oh wow… And breast surgery is done lying on your back, while the back of the thighs would have to be done lying face down, so whether they start face down or start lying on your back, wouldn’t there be some effect??? *** If you are taking antidepressants, unless there is a very specific reason, have surgery after stopping the medication. : I heard that although the probability is very low, some antidepressants can cause excessive bleeding.. I shared with both the psychiatry clinic I go to and the hospital where I had surgery that I was taking medication and that I would have surgery, but this issue wasn’t predicted in advance… In my case, I fell into that very low probability and had a lot of bleeding, so I wore a blood drain ㅠ And ugh… while wearing that, I really looked so horrible to myself, draining the blood was scary, and later removing the drain was scary too. (It didn’t hurt much) V Unless your home is very close, or taking an IM taxi isn’t burdensome, or someone can personally drive you back and forth for 3 days, having a cost-effective hotel nearby is really great :For me, travel time to and from home is 2 hours round trip, and the surgery was in the afternoon, so by the time the surgery ended, it was already late.. And I had to come in the next day to check the surgical progress, and I was even wearing a blood drain… I absolutely could not take public transportation, and honestly, I was in a condition where I couldn’t even tolerate a shaky taxi, beyond just the taxi fare. But it just so happened there was a super, super, super cost-effective hotel 3 minutes away on foot?? And it didn’t have that cheap love motel vibe?? I ended up staying at that hotel for 2 nights, and if I hadn’t… I really would have been crawling around crying. The day after surgery, they confirmed there was nothing seriously abnormal, and while trembling, I also received hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Originally I could receive it twice, but they said my surgical condition was fairly okay and it seemed unnecessary, so I only received it once, and that was the end of hyperbaric oxygen therapy. As I write, of course the story got long lolololol I spent the first week lying down at home and resting as much as possible.. I aimed for a C cup and had Motiva D 380 inserted on both sides, but after going through a hellish overtime season and losing about 8 kg, I became a D-cup human. My surgical goal wasn’t so much that I wanted to become a person of a certain cup size, but that I wanted an overall beautiful feminine silhouette. Fortunately, I had side-view photos taken before surgery wearing the same swimsuit I recently wore, so I’ll show them so you can compare before/after..! Please keep in mind that the person who took the photos was different, so the perspective and proportions are different..!
