I had double eyelid surgery (partial incision, epicanthoplasty) when I was 21, and it’s been 5 years. My double eyelids came undone about 2-3 years ago, but even after they loosened, they looked natural, and when I closed my eyes there were no scars, so everyone thought they were natural. I was satisfied too because they looked similar to my original eyes and overall image. But starting 2-3 years ago, the multiple double eyelid folds gradually became really, really severe, and the right side got worse, so my eyes ended up looking uneven.. People around me say it’s not that bad, but if this keeps going, won’t my eyelids sag or will I get more eye wrinkles? My impression also looks blurry, and I feel like I look a bit irritated, so that bothers me even more.. But if I get revision double eyelid surgery, I feel like the multiple folds might come back later (they said my eyelid skin is thin and there’s a lot of it), and I also don’t want my original image to change too much.. (As I get older, I feel like cute and flashy eyes don’t suit me.. because my lower face is gradually getting longer..?) So I’m worried.. And I also hate the idea of scars showing when I close my eyes. I don’t know what I should do..
림예림예 But as you get older, whether it’s your eyelids or forehead, the skin will probably sag, so your eyes may look even more tired. Try to find a clinic that’s good at doing natural-looking non-incisional suture double eyelids!
