I had surgery on January 22.. The photo is from 34 days later (taken yesterday).. How does it look? ------------------------------------------------------------------------- First of all, I’ve replied by message to everyone who asked the most common question, the clinic info.. People asked which director I had it done by.. The clinic I went to has only one director~ lol For those asking if I did it at ㅇㅇㅎ.. No~ And some asked whether I did my forehead and chin together, but no... I only did my nose~ For those asking about nasolabial folds.. I didn’t do them~ I only did my nose~!! I’ll explain the surgical method here~ It was my first surgery~ The bridge was done with silicone, and the nasal tip was done with Medpor Because my skin is thin, they took fascia from my head and wrapped the nasal tip with it~ As you can see, I had a very slightly short nose, so during the consultation I asked them to make the nostrils not show.. Since they couldn’t make them completely invisible.. I asked them to lower the nasal tip point a bit so the nostrils wouldn’t stand out too much.. I also said not to lower it too much under any circumstances because if it is lowered too much, it can make you look older.. I kept telling them over and over to make it natural.. and not too high lol Honestly, I can’t tell you how many mm of silicone or how many mm of Medpor lol Before surgery, the director said he would do 2 mm on the bridge and 5 mm on the nasal tip, but when I asked after surgery, he said he made it higher.. I think that can change during surgery Everyone’s nose is different, and once they open it up, it can be different, right~ I just left it to the doctor Oh, I had local anesthesia~ The doctor said he originally only does noses under local anesthesia I had already been anxious in case they did sleep sedation.. Because I’m very sensitive.. I know there are actually many cases of accidents from sleep sedation for plastic surgery, even if they aren’t widely publicized So I liked it even more when they said it would be local anesthesia lol The pre-op photo was taken at the clinic So my head was tilted way up, which is why my nostrils came out like that.. (my already short nose looks even shorter) The post-op photo is just one I took with my phone camera So I was posing as prettily as possible, and it did come out a bit well~ But the slightly short nose was definitely corrected~ It was my first surgery, and I used Medpor.. Honestly, I think every material has pros and cons Personally, I heard ear cartilage and septal cartilage both droop a bit after some time, and I was worried that if short-nose surgery went wrong, I might end up with an arrow-shaped nose.. So I just chose Medpor The director used to be a department head at a university hospital.. So I trusted him more ^^ I got so many messages..
