I'm 2 weeks post-op, and since I still had the stitches in, the posterior mucous membrane has been showing so much, so the mucosal eversion is really severe. Is there anyone who has been in the same situation as me..? I asked the clinic, and they said it would get better once the swelling goes down, but that the red area would still be visible.. Isn't mucosal eversion a complication? I can't even smile with my eyes, and I wonder if it'll get better in a few months..
