Do I need revision eye surgery..?

I’m currently a third-year high school student, and in my first year of high school I had incisional double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, and ptosis correction. My right eye feels strange, and the reason I feel like there’s a problem with my right eye is that when I put in contact lenses to do my makeup, my left eye doesn’t do this, but only my right eye always has really severe lens shifting. So even when I switch the lens from my left eye with the lens from my right eye, only my right eye has really severe lens shifting (the left eye with the right-eye lens has no shifting), so the lens definitely isn’t the problem; my right eye is strange.. ㅠ And these days my right upper eyelid feels so uncomfortable, like there’s a foreign object in my right eye. It feels a bit uncomfortable every time I blink. I should get a consultation at a plastic surgery clinic for this, right? ㅠㅠ

It’s hard to tell from text. If you have sausage eyelids or side effects, then it’s right to get it done.
