I just didn’t like the line they showed me from the start. As soon as I saw it, I decided I should go somewhere else. I remember the consultant? who did the consultation was fairly kind (though there was some subtle pressure to get surgery). But whatever the case, I didn’t like the design from the start, so I skipped it.
