Nose Re-Surgery

Everyone who was curious about that clinic, come on in

I posted before about whether I should lie down for surgery at that clinic, and a lot of people here were curious, so I’m posting to celebrate getting my splint removed! Compared to my first surgery, I didn’t have much facial swelling overall, so I didn’t do warm/cold compresses even once..? Maybe because of that, I got my splint removed today and my nose is very puffy. The director also said I’m on the more swollen side, but that a lot of it will go down within a week, so not to worry. Anyway, there is quite a bit of swelling, but I like the overall line! The most important thing is that it turned out well in line with my needs!! During my first surgery, the silicone starting point was way too high, so I had a strong masculine-looking image, and as the nasal bridge done with septal cartilage drooped, the step-off on the nasal dorsum was severe. It would sink in enough when pressed. The plan was removal of the silicone and nasal tip septal cartilage + filling the existing step-off with something like a membrane..? while harvesting autologous costal cartilage..?(I don’t remember), and then using autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip! As for the pain from autologous costal cartilage, it would be a lie to say it was super easy while raising two kids, but I was okay. Maybe they did the surgery well..? I think I just moved around fine. I went into surgery nervous while comparing it to a C-section.. but compared to a C-section, I think it was such a cute level. I wondered, did I get scared for no reason, is this really all the pain..? This is only based on my standards, so just use it as reference! My needs were a naturally elegant look close to natural, a straight-to-slightly-curved line close to straight, and a nose where the nasal tip and columella were overall rounded. I said I really hated noses that are just slim, pointy, and high. Since I had a nasal bridge and now don’t, it does feel a bit empty and maybe a little plain, but the masculine image is gone, and I actually think this part creates a more feminine image, so I’m okay with it. I had it done by Director ㅇㅎㅅ, and if anyone is curious about photos, let me know! I’m embarrassed to post them publicly..
