I was told it would be good to add volume to the columella, so I did it, but instead my nose looks blunter and my nasal tip looks droopy. I’m currently 3 weeks post-op They said my nose is short, so they used dermis to add volume. Could this be swelling..? I want to reduce that volume a little. Is revision surgery the only answer?? I’m so stressed.. I’d appreciate everyone’s opinions
Lalaby This is my first time hearing of placing dermis on the columella… They say shaping the columella is difficult, but I’ve seen it somehow done well with cartilage. The moment you put something in, swelling comes along too, and since you’re at 3 weeks, there’s also swelling of the nose itself, so it’s hard to tell. I think you’ll need to keep watching how it progresses. As the swelling goes down, the nose will probably come down too, but if it keeps looking like that, the nasal tip may look long
앙큼앙 [@Lalaby] Oh no, my original nose was short and my skin is thin too.. So they said they placed dermis Are there no cases like that
