I went for a consultation because of revision rhinoplasty. I had read a lot of posts saying they were unfriendly, but the director was much, much kinder than I expected, and the consultation was really long, so I was very satisfied with the consultation. They even placed silicone directly on my nose to check, and explained the overall surgical process in an easy-to-understand way.
