Lifting Reviews

Cookie review from the community

I had 3 types of contouring surgery. Because the swelling was severe in the early stage, I had a consultation with the director in the first week to get swelling care, and he said that when looking at the before-and-after CT, the bone had been shaved down well, and that because everyone’s swelling goes down at a different pace, I should expect it to take 6 months to 1 year for the swelling to fully subside.

So although I was worried, I trusted the director who had performed the surgery, and waited. After the stitches were removed in the second week, the swelling gradually went down, then from the third week it started disappearing like crazy, and by around 6 to 7 weeks the swelling was almost gone.

I felt sorry and embarrassed about having complained to the manager right after surgery... But the manager kindly told me once more that the minor swelling would keep going down little by little.

If someone complains like I did, I feel like I would get annoyed and stop caring, but looking back at how they always responded kindly, it feels amazing and I’m grateful.

Still, as my face gradually became more natural and prettier, my satisfaction stayed high, and as a downside I keep staring at mirrors, which I hardly ever looked at before...
