I had a consultation for revision surgery, and only one side was possible, which was very good. The manager was very kind, and the director was the type to say exactly what needed to be said, but he also handled questions well. He measured the eye length too, and his tone was gentle but firm. The manager and the other staff were all pretty and natural-looking too, so I could clearly see the director’s aesthetic taste.
