Director Joo Oh-young explained the materials and shape clearly while looking at the CT, including the functional aspects, with professionalism. He also seemed to try to reflect the patient's needs, and when asked questions, he shared his own thoughts. The director is confident and kind, but the consultation is on the shorter side, and I did not get much of a friendly feeling from the staff and manager; it felt like a mechanical response.
